The house, in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, has received major facework and has received a glass facade.
The Sydney Property Council said the work was the largest renovation in the building’s history.
“The house itself has been upgraded, including the new facade and the new carpet,” said spokeswoman Joanne Smith.
“We’re now looking forward to the opportunity to move forward with a revitalised Sydney residential project with a view to redeveloping the entire property and opening the doors to a new, vibrant residential area for residents and the community.”
The project is one of a number of major renovations underway across the city.
