The median price for a home in Denver fell to $319,000 in August, according to Zillow.
But the median price of a single-family home in the city is now $318,000, according the company.
That’s the lowest median price in five months, Zillotep reported Wednesday.
The median home price in the metro area fell to a new all-time low of $308,000.
Zillowing reported the median sale price for August was $9,100, a 14.5 percent decline from the previous month.
The monthly median sale prices for August were $10,000 and $11,000 for a median sale of $988,000 ($988K/$988M).
The monthly sale prices in Denver were up 3.6 percent from a year ago, while in San Diego, the median home sale price dropped 2.5%.
The median sale cost of a Denver home is now about $5.9 million, Zillerop said.
